VERIFICATION (14 HOUR COURSE)

Foreign Supplier Verification Program Training

The only course currently acknowledged as meeting new FDA requirements for a
“Foreign Supplier Verification Qualified Individual” in the Food Safety Modernization Act

This Course is offered in a 1.5 day format AND we can
combine this class with the Prevetive Controls Course
at your facility or ours in Tampa, Florida

The FSPCA courses were designed by the Food Safety Preventative Controls Alliance (PSPCA) in collaboration with the FDA.
They are the ONLY courses acknowledged by FDA at present as meeting requiremets. By successfully completing the
Risk-based Preventive Controls for Human Food course,
you will be prepared to meet criteria for a "Preventive Controls Qualified Individual” who can manage
a food safety program in accordance with the Hazard-Analysis and Preventive Controls Rule.

By successfully completing the
Foreign Supplier Verification Program course,
you will be prepared to meet criteria for a "Qualified Individual,” who is an importer or consultant
who can manage the food safety program for FDA-regulated food produced outside the USA and imported into the US market

What You Will Experience

            Participants will receive their official FSPCA Preventive Controls Qualified Person certificate or their
Foreign Supplier Verification Program certificate issued by AFDO, as well
            as our Certificate of Completion for each class.  Training materials include a comprehensive manual, slides,
            explanations of key terms and concepts, example model Food Safety Plans and reference material to help you
            communicate the new requirements to your staff.
